Screen Test

Here is a video of our screen test. Mr. Nick helped us made a compilation video of us acting out different cliche lines in front of a camera.

I don't think I'll even want myself to be in my own project LOL. There are some really good actors in our class, like Gusde, Alex and Max. I see that Gusde has a huge potential because he's really confident and emotionally impactful. He delivered all his lines with the correct intonations, volume and emotions. Alex did not take his lines seriously, which makes him suitable for comedy films. He would be that one sarcastic and humorous character seen in almost every movie. Lastly, I think Max's scream was the best out of the girls. It sounds clear and genuine, just like a real scream.

Despite their positives, I don't think any of the candidates really fit with what I'm going with, so I might have to look elsewhere.

I think that Max and Gusde would be most suitable for my found footage horror genre. Both of their screams would give an effect towards the audience during scary moments. As for the other girl needed in our opening scene, I think we'll recruit someone outside our media class.
